It's A Rave Dave

This tortoise is made up of thousands of hand-painted squished smileys. The whole tortoise has been painted in a mega neon yellow paint.

‘It’s A Rave Dave’ has been created by internationally renowned artist Stuart Semple, who has been honoured by the UN with a Happiness Hero medal in recognition for his ‘HappyCloud’ performance at Tate Modern in London.
